dc.description.abstract The ultimate goal of this research is to investigate students’ attitudes concerning whether information and communication technology can foster the learner’s communicative competence. Therefore, it attempts to gather various the various perceptions and views of students regarding the tackled topic. Towards this point, the study follows the descriptive method through the use of the questionnaire to obtain a quantitative data. The sample of the current study includes forty master two students chosen randomly at the department of English 8 Mai 1945 University, Guelma. The obtained results confirm the hypothesis which suggests that learners would perceive positive attitudes towards the use of ICT to develop their communicative skills and capacities. Finally, it really asserts for the implication of ICT remains as being a cornerstone for the progression of EFL teaching and learning. en_US
