Abstract: Landslides are becoming increasingly more frequent and causing both human suffering as well as hampering economic development. The forecast of these risks, notably with regard to catastrophic landslides, is consequently an essential need. In this context, the numerical modelling must be pertinent and capable of predicting real phenomena. The dilapidation of the hydraulic networks of Constantine city, as well as the quantities of underground water, injected in the under soil urbanized from these networks, of which the even valued size, pushed us to choose this axis of research, has shortcoming, we try to clarify the effect of these points of loss on landslides of the slope of the CILOC. In this work, after bibliographic study on the movements of land and classical methods of stability analysis of slopes , a geotechnical model of CILOC’S slope is introduced in the code of calculation of finite elements PLAXIS. The establishment of its geometrical model, calculations will be carried with the two models: perfectly elastic plastic of Mohr-Coulomb and elasto plastic with work hardening Soil. A comparison of the results obtained starting from the two models will be presented in the form of a synthesis accompanied by the conclusions drawn from this analysis in particular the significant regression from the safety factor with the increase in the flows of loss. Finally, the parametric study, which shows the effect of various parameters on the behaviour of the soil. The comparison is presented on diagrams for each parameter. In conclusion, the study highlighted the significant influence not only of the flows injected into the soil coming from the points of loss of the hydraulic networks, but also of the geotechnical, and parameters modelling on calculation results.
