dc.description.abstractLearning is the starting point of individuals’ development and building future careers. Simply said, individuals use their abilities to learn new information, taking them to many different places. The most interesting part of learning is the many options and types that suit the various needs and styles of learners. The present research aims to identify the importance of investigating the impact of on-site learning (face-to-face) and online learning in EFL classrooms. Also, to explore students ‘attitudes about reading comprehension skills in traditional and online learning settings. The present study adopts a quantitative method, including a structured questionnaire to collect data. Precisely, the questionnaire is directed to third-year students (N = 118) at the Department of English, University of 8 Mai 1945, Guelma. The final data confirms the main hypothesis, which implies that EFL students have a positive attitude toward online classroom settings for improving their reading comprehension skills. Hence, the research advocates integrating on-site and online learning through a blended learning approach to overcome students’ comprehension difficultiesen_US
