dc.description.abstract	In this work, we understand the basic arithmetic functions, as well as chebyshev’s functions. Next, we present famous summation formulas with proofs. For example: The Euler summation formula and partial summation formula. At the end, we apply these formulas to find mean values of some multiplicative and additive functions. The mean values of some arbitrary arithmetic functions are also discussed.	en_US
