Optimisation combinatoire d’un problème de gestion financière

Abstract

inancial management is a very important process in the management of budgetary resources. After the global financial crises, the developers are now proposing financial solutions based on data (needs, forecasts .... etc.). The problem that arises is whether this management and allocation of financial resources is still effective or not. With this work we want to propose a financial solution according to the requirements, constraints, needs, etc. The advantage is to share the financial resources correctly according to the goals set by each ministry and especially the new projects. So, the work aims to find a financial optimization of a country.
