نموذج مقترح لتعزيز الولاء التنظيمي في المؤسسات الجزائرية

Abstract

في ظل التحديات المتزايدة التي تواجهها المنظمات، تتضاعف أهمية الاهتمام بالعنصر البشري، وخاصة تعزيز مستوى الولاء التنظيمي لدى العاملين، باعتباره ركيزة أساسية لنجاح أي منظمة في تحقيق أهدافها. فكيف يمكن تصميم نموذج فعال لتعزيز الولاء التنظيمي في المؤسسات الجزائرية؟ وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة، بعد استطلاع ودراسة متأنية لبعض الدراسات السابقة حول مستوى الولاء التنظيمي في المؤسسات الجزائرية، لتقدم نموذجًا عمليا لتعزيز الولاء التنظيمي، يعتمد على أربع مراحل متتالية: 1ـ مرحلة التشخيص والتحليل ـ 2ـ مرحلة بناء خطة العمل ـ 3ـ مرحلة تنفيذ الخطة ـ 4ـ مرحلة التقييم والتقويم. In light of the increasing challenges facing organizations, the importance of caring for the human element is redoubled, especially strengthening the level of organizational loyalty among employees, as it is a fundamental pillar for the success of any organization in achieving its goals. So how can an effective model be designed to promote organizational loyalty in Algerian institutions? This study came, after a survey and careful study of some previous studies on the level of organizational loyalty in Algerian institutions, to present a practical model for enhancing organizational loyalty, based on four successive stages: 1- The diagnosis and analysis stage - 2- The stage of building the work plan - 3- The stage of implementing the plan - 4- The stage of evaluation and follow-up.
