Résumé:
The transformation of the world of work in the digital era is disrupting
organizational methods, professional practices, and jobs. While it promotes the emergence of new opportunities and job creation, it also generates significant challenges for workers and companies, necessitating constant adaptation to new technological demands.
To explore this topic, we adopted a quantitative approach, data collection
relied on a documentary study for the general context and a questionnaire aimed at analyzing perceptions and the concrete impacts of digital transition.
The results from our survey provided precise answers to our research
problem, thereby confirming the profound transformations induced by digital technology in the world of work. They also reveal a progressively positive trend toward the adoption and mobilization of digital technologies in the workplace.
