Résumé:
تهدف الدراسة لتحليل الآليات الأمنية الجزائرية وفق مقاربة أمنية لحماية أمنها المجتمعي إمام إفرازات ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية مع التأكيد إن هذه الآليات ليست متناقضة مع المقاربة الإنسانية بل الهدف هو احتواء الظاهرة والتقليل من السيلان البشري المتأتي من منطقة الساحل الإفريقي . سوف تستعرض العلاقة بين الهجرة وارتفاع التهديدات الموجهة للأمن المجتمعي ، أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها من خلال دراسة الظاهرة وتداعياتها إن الهجرة غير الشرعية تهديد للأمن المجتمعي القائم على الهوية واللغة والثقافة والدين. The study aims to analyze the Algerian security mechanisms according to a security approach to protect its societal security in the face of the repercussions of the phenomenon of illegal immigration, while emphasizing that these mechanisms are not in contradiction with the humanitarian approach, but rather the goal is to contain the phenomenon and reduce the human flow coming from the African Sahel region. It will review the relationship between Immigration and the rise of threats to community security. The most important results reached through studying the phenomenon and its repercussions are that illegal immigration is a threat to community security based on identity, language, culture and religion.
