تأثير النساء في مجال الملكية الفكرية

Abstract

يسلط هذا البحث الضوء على دور النساء في مجال الإبداع والابتكار، ويعمل على تعزيز ثقافة الاستفادة من أنظمة الملكية الفكرية التي ساهمت في حماية وتشجيع الإنتاج الفكري النسوي، وعليه نطرح الإشكالية التالية: أي دور للنساء في تعزيز وحماية الابتكار والإبداع ؟حيث تطلب موضوع بحثنا استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لإبراز أهميته. إن التحديات التي تواجه المرأة الجزائرية هائلة، ولكن هناك ادراك متزايد بالحاجة إلى سد الفجوة بين الجنسين في مجال الملكية الفكرية، ويجب على مكاتب الملكية الفكرية الوطنية أن تعمل على رفع مستوى الوعي لدى صناع السياسات حول الأهمية الاقتصادية للابتكار وأهمية الإنتاج الفكري للمرأة الجزائرية. This research highlights the role of women in the field of creativity and innovation, and works to promote the culture of benefiting from intellectual property systems that have contributed to protecting and encouraging women's intellectual production. Accordingly, we raise the following problem: What is the role of women in promoting and protecting innovation and creativity? The subject of our research required the use of the descriptive analytical approach to highlight its importance. The challenges facing Algerian women are enormous, but there is a growing recognition of the need to bridge the gender gap in the field of intellectual property, and national intellectual property offices must work to raise awareness among policy makers about the economic importance of innovation and the importance of intellectual production for Algerian women.
