Abstract

خلاف الأقران بعضهم من بعض قد يكون فيه نوع من التجاسر خاصّة إذا عزرته قرينة تؤكد تمكن حظوظ النّفس منه، بناء على ذلك جاءت هذه الورقة البحثيّة لدراسة موضوع خلاف الأقران من خلال بيان الأسباب الدّاعيّة إليه، سواء كانت البواعث قلبيّة أو علميّة، والإشارة لبعض الشروط والضوابط التي من شأنها جعل الخلاف معتدا به، مع بيان الموقف الذي ينبغي أن يتحلّى به طالب العلم من النّزاع الواقع بين المعاصرين، كما اشتملت الدراسة، نماذج لبعض الأقران الذين دار بينهم الخلاف؛ كالسخاوي والسيوطي وكذلك ابن منده وأبو نعيم. The criticism exchanged among peers may sometimes involve a degree of audacity, especially when supported by evidence suggesting the influence of personal interests. Therefore, this research paper aims to study the topic of peer disputes by exploring the underlying causes, whether emotional or scholarly, and highlighting certain conditions and guidelines that validate such disagreement. It also discusses the appropriate attitude a student of knowledge should adopt regarding disputes among contemporaries and mentions some notable examples of peers who engaged in disputes, such as Al-Sakhawi and Al-Suyuti, as well as Ibn Mandah and Abu Nu'aym.
