Résumé:
The transition to the University after a bachelor's degree is a challenge for new students. These obstacles are spread over psychological, physical, educational, and educational problems. Despite the Ministry of Higher Education initiatives, such as first-year special courses and pedagogical and psychological support committees, difficulties remain, with high dropout and failure rates. To remedy this situation, we suggest designing an intelligent system that tracks students and enables them to ask for assistance by expressing their questions and problems, even in natural language or from their devices. An assistant team of teachers, psychologists, and pedagogical persons will handle these requests and provide appropriate answers. This research aims to classify the various forms of difficulties encountered by students, propose a method of analysing applications in natural language, consider the type of assistance required, and develop a process for evaluating the contributions of assistants. In this work, we used an artificial intelligence technique to classify requests for aid from learners.
