جودة الحياة المدرسية بثانويات مدينة العلمة دراسة استطلاعية

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى استطلاع جودة الحياة المدرسية بثانويات مدينة العلمة. اعتمدت المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينتها من أساتذة والبالغ عددهم (153)، وتلاميذ البالغ عددهم (150)، وقد اختيرت بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة. خلصت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: أن جودة الحياة المدرسية بالمدارس الثانوية كانت منخفضة، ويرجع هذا إلى عدد من الأسباب يتعلق بعضها بنمط التسيير المتبع داخل المؤسسات بالإضافة إلى نوع المباني المدرسية وعدم مواكبتها لتطورات العصر، كذلك ضعف توفر الوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة داخل المؤسسات، ضعف تفعيل أنشطة الحياة المدرسية المختلفة (الصفية واللاصفية)،وضعف في تكوين الأساتذة.The current study aims to investigate the quality of school life in high schools in the city of El eulma. It adopted the descriptive method, furthermore, the sample consisted of 153 professors, and 150 students, in addition, it is chosen by a simple random sampling process. The study concluded the following results: that the quality of school life in secondary schools was low due to several reasons, some of which are related to the management pattern used within the institutions, as well as the nature of the school buildings and their unsuitability for the evolutions of the time, moreover, the low availability of modern technological means within the establishments, also the weak activation of various activities of school life (classroom and extra-curricular school), and weakness in the training of teachers.
