تأثير اضطراب الديزارتريا على إنتاج اللغة الشفهية لدى المصاب بالتصلب اللويحي المتعدد

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير اضطراب الديزارتريا على إنتاج اللغة الشفهية لدى المصاب بمرض التصلب اللويحي المتعدد. اخترنا حالة مصابة بمرض التصلب اللويحي، تبلغ من العمر 31 سنة، وذلك باستعمال منهج دراسة حالة والذي يعتبر الأنسب لهذه الدراسة. قمنا باستخدام عدة أدوات تمثلت في المقابلة، ومجموعة من الاختبارات النفس-عصبية اللغوية التي تهدف الى تقييم الانتاج اللغوي الشهي، تمثلت في: اختبار السيولة اللفظية "الدلالية والفونولوجية" واختبار التسمية الشفهية للصور " DO80 " . بعد التحليل الكمي والكيفي، أثبتت نتائج الدراسة أن اضطراب الديزارتريا يخل بدوره بالإنجاز اللغوي الشفهي ويؤدي بذلك الى صعوبة حادة على مستوى انتاج اللغة الشفهية. This study aims to investigate the effect of dysentery disorder on oral language production in patients with multiple sclerosis. We selected a 31-year-old patient with multiple sclerosis, using a case study approach, which is considered the most appropriate for this study. We used several tools represented in the interview: and a set of psycho-neurolinguistic tests aimed at assessing appetizing linguistic production, represented by: the "semantic and phonological" verbal fluidity test and the image verbal naming test "DO80". After quantitative and qualitative analysis, the results of the study demonstrated that dysentery disorder disrupts oral language achievement, and thus leads to severe difficulty at the level of oral language production
