الأنثروبولوجيا البيولوجية الفرنسية: زاوية الوجه عند الأهالي في منطقة بسكرة 1866-1867م

Abstract

تعالج ورقتنا البحثية موضوع "الأنثروبولوجيا البيولوجية"، وبصورة أكثر دقة احدى القياسات الجسمية التي اعتمدها الطبيب العسكري سيريزيا على أهالي بسكرة أعوام 1866-1867م والمتمثلة في " قياس زاوية الوجه"، وتكمن أهمية بحثنا في الكشف عن احدى النظريات العنصرية الاختزالية، التي تمجد الجنس الأبيض على باقي الأجناس البشرية ومحاولة إثبات تخلف الأهالي الجزائريين انطلاقا من سماتهم البيولوجية. وقد حاول الطبيب من خلال قياساته، تبني الفكرة القائلة:" إن زاوية الوجه الصغيرة تدل على ذكاء أقل وبالتالي عرق أدنى ومتخلف مقارنة بالأعراق الأخرى". وقد اعتمدنا المنهج التاريخي الوصفي والتحليلي في دراسة الموضوع الذي يأخذ طابعا علميا بيولوجيا واستخلاص نتائجه. Our research paper addresses the "biological anthropology", precisely one of the physical measurements “facial angle” adopted by the military doctor Sériziat on the indigenous of Biskra in 1866-1867. The importance of our research lies in uncovering one of the racist theories that glorify the white race over the rest of humanity and trying to prove the underdevelopment of Algerian indigenous based on their biological traits. Through his measurements, the doctor tried to embrace the idea that the small angle face indicates less intelligence and therefore an inferior race than others. the methodology was employed: descriptive and historical, analytical method on this biological science topic and draw conclusions.
