الانعكاسات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية المتوقعة من الاستثمار في الطاقات المتجددة في الجزائر: رؤية تحليلية

Abstract

هدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة الانعكاسات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية المتوقعة من الاستثمار في الطاقات المتجددة في الجزائر، باعتبارها أحد البدائل الاقتصادية المتاحة، من خلال تقدير مدى مساهمتها في دفع عجلة التنمية، في ظل إمكانية نضوب الطاقات الاحفورية، وقد اعتمدنا من أجل ذلك على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي. أثبتت الدراسة أن الاستثمار في الطاقات المتجددة له انعكاسات اقتصادية واجتماعية ايجابية، ويبرز ذلك من خلال دوره في تحسين الدخل الوطني ومعدلات النمو وخلق فرص للعمل والمساهمة في الحد من الفقر وتحسين ظروف المعيشة، إذ يمكن تحقيق ذلك عبر الاستغلال العقلاني للطاقات المتجددة وتجاوز العوائق الموجودة لاسيما منها: المادية، البشرية، التنظيمية والتكنولوجية. This research aimed to study the expected economic and social repercussions of investing in renewable energies in Algeria, as one of the available economic alternatives to advancing development, highlighting the possibility of depletion of fossil energies .by relying on the descriptive and analytical approach. The study proved that investing in renewable energies has a positive economic and social repercussion; this was obvious through improving national income and growth rates, creating job opportunities, contributing to poverty reduction and improving living conditions. This requires rational exploitation of the renewable energies and overcoming the existing obstacles: material, human, organizational and technological.
