Industrial development and environmental pollution are two sides of the same coin, and proof of this massive discharge of waste liquid into the environment. In our study, we highlighted the waste liquid left by the textile and pharmaceutical industry. In order to recycle and treat the water and make it usable, we looked for absorbent and at the same time inexpensive materials, It is worth mentioning here the Attapulgite extracted from the Ghoufi deposit in Batna and the natural kaolin DD3 extracted from Djebel Debbagh in Guelma, and the evaluation of their adsorption capacity was tested in the adsorption of Rouge Congo RC.
Several parameters were studied: temperature, pH, adsorbent dose initial dye concentration.
On the other hand, we synthesized 13X zeolite from attapulgite and DD3, as well as poly (N-vinypyrrolidone) composites based on attapulgite and 13X zeolite and tested them in the treatment of textile effluents and pharmaceutical. Several physico-chemical parameters were analyzed after hybrid process flocculation coagulation and adsorption. The effluent treated with natural and modified DD3 kaolin gave better results. |
