Résumé:
The objective of our work is to synthesize and characterize ligand complexes derived from ABP (amino-2-benzophenone). It was prepared by condensation of salicylaldehyde and ABP (amino-2-benzophenone). This ligand was complexed with the metals Mn(II) and Ni(II). Then they underwent spectral and physicochemical analyzes such as: UV-Vis, IR, CCM and melting point. Our synthesized products are likely to have a dual function: the first is their complexing power which has been confirmed by analytical methods and the second is their biological suitability. The antibacterial activity of the synthesized products was tested using the method of disc diffusion against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. We were allowed to conclude that the antibacterial activity varies according to the structure of the compound and according to the sensitivity of the strain.
