Despite the abundance of travel information available online, personalized guid ance remains limited, and the large volume of hotel reviews can make the decision making process even more challenging. Reading through hundreds of comments is time-consuming, and identifying the information that truly reflects the quality of an accommodation is not always straightforward. To address these challenges, the proposed platform aims to support travelers throughout the planning and decision-making process. It helps travelers discover destinations that match their travel preferences while providing a clearer under standing of accommodation quality through the analysis of hotel reviews. By high lighting the most relevant insights from traveler feedback, the platform enables users to compare options more easily and make booking decisions with greater confidence.
