This Master's thesis focuses on the implementation and supervision of a DC motor control system using a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and a SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) interface, specifically employing a PID (Proportional-IntegralDerivative) control algorithm. The work details the configuration and programming of the PLC for precise motor speed regulation, including the scaling of analog inputs and outputs, and the integration of the PID function block. Concurrently, it outlines the development of a SCADA interface that provides real-time monitoring of motor parameters, allows for the adjustment of PID tuning gains (Proportional, Integral, and Derivative), and facilitates operational control through dedicated commands for starting, stopping, and resetting the system. This research demonstrates a practical application of industrial automation principles, highlighting the synergistic relationship between PLCs for robust control execution and SCADA systems for comprehensive supervisory management inachieving efficient and accurate DC motor operation.en_US
