Abstract: | Seniors face many challenges, such as managing chronic diseases, monitoring their health status, and maintaining an active social life. These challenges are often exacerbated by loneliness and social isolation, which can have detrimental effects on their mental and emotional well-being. In response to these challenges, our project aims to develop a com- prehensive and integrated solution that not only monitors and improves their physical health, but also provides them with emotional and social support. Our proposed system uses IoT technologies to collect real-time data on various aspects of users’ health, such as heart rate, blood pressure, and sleep patterns. This data is then analyzed by sophisticated AI algorithms, which can detect anomalies and provide personalized recommendations. For example, the system can alert users to take their medication, consult a doctor, or adjust their diet and exercise routine.
