Abstract

يعتبر العنف الجنسي أحد أهم صور العنف التي تطال الأطفال، فهو انتهاك صارخ لحقوقهم، كما أنه مشكلة عالمية ووطنية تهدد استقرار المجتمعات ، وبالرغم من أن القانون أفرد لها عقوبات صارمة وخصص لها مواثيق ومعاهدات، ناهيك عن تحريم الدين لها إلا أنها مازلت متجسدة على أرض الواقع. وعلى هذا الأساس سوف نحاول في هذا المقال تسليط الضوء على أهم الأسباب والعوامل التي ساعدت في زيادة انتشار هذه الظاهرة بصور وأشكال مختلفة، بالإضافة إلى آثارها ونتائجها المدمرة في مستقبل الأجيال والمجتمعات القادمة. The Sexual violence is considered one of the most important forms of violence against children, as it is a blatant violation of their rights. It is also a global and national issue that threatens the stability of societies. Despite the fact that the law has imposed severe penalties for it and designated charters and treaties, not to mention the religious prohibition against it, it still persists in reality. On this basis, in this article, we will try to shed light on the most important reasons and factors that have contributed to the increase in the spread of this phenomenon in various forms and shapes, in addition to its destructive effects and consequences on the future of generations and future societies.
