Abstract

ظهرت الثورة الرقمية وبرزت معها ظواهر إجرامية مستجدة، ترتبط بعصابات الجريمة المنظمة وقد ساهمت الانترنت قي انتشارها، الأمر الذي جعل من نشاطها يغلب عليه الطابع الدولي، مما كون جريمة تهدد أمن المجتمعات تتمثل في جريمة الاتجار بالبشر. في الحقيقة الهدف من وراء الدراسة هو معرفة الجريمة التي وصفتها الأمم المتحدة بوصمة عار في جبين المجتمع الدولي، أين أصبح الإنسان سلعة تباع وتشترى، معتمدين في ذلك على منهج مكننا من تحديد الاهتمام الذي أولته الجزائر في سبيل مكافحتها وذلك بمصادقتها على الاتفاقيات وتعديلها لقانون العقوبات، كما خلصنا بنتائج أهمها الجهود التي بذلتها ولاتزال تبذلها الجزائر في سبيل التصدي لهذه الجريمة. The digital revolution has emerged and with it emerging criminal phenomena, linked to organized crime gangs, and the Internet has contributed to their spread, which has made their activity dominated by an international character, which constitutes a crime that threatens the security of societies represented in the crime of human trafficking.
