الاحتراق النفسي لدى معلمي التعليم الابتدائي في ظل جائحة كورونا (دراسة أربع حالات من مدينة قسنطينة)

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى الاحتراق النفسي لدى معلمي التعليم الابتدائي في ظل جائحة كورونا، ومعرفة أسباب الاحتراق النفسي لديهم. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج العيادي الذي يقوم أساسا على دراسة الحالة. ولجمع البيانات تم استخدام المقابلة النصف موجهة ومقياس الاحتراق النفسي لماسلاش كأدوات للدراسة، شملت عينة الدراسة أربع حالات اختيرت بطرقة قصدية من ثلاث مدارس من المقاطعة الأولى بعين عبيد قسنطينة. أسفرت نتائج الدراسة أن معلمي التعليم الابتدائي يعانون من مستويات متفاوتة من الاحتراق النفسي على أبعاده الثلاثة تتراوح بين المرتفعة والمتوسطة. وهذا راجع للإجراءات الاحترازية التي فرضتها جائحة كورونا، إضافة إلى الظروف الصعبة التي يمارس فيها المعلمين مهنتهم سواء كانت متعلقة بالظروف المهنية أو الاجتماعية أو الاقتصادية. The study aimed to identify the level of psychological burnout among primary education teachers during of the Corona pandemic, and to know the causes of psychological burnout among them. The study followed the clinical approach, which is mainly based on a case study. To collect data, the semi-structured interview and Maslash burnout scale were used as tools for the study. The study sample included four cases that were chosen by an intentional method from three schools from the first district of Ain Abid Constantine. The results of the study revealed that primary education teachers suffer from varying levels of psychological burnout on its three dimensions, ranging from high to medium. This is due to the precautionary measures imposed by the Corona pandemic, in addition to the difficult circumstances in which teachers practice their profession, whether it is related to professional, social or economic condition.
