Le Design Thinking en bibliothèque : Étapes et démarche de mise en ouvre

Abstract

Les bibliothèques bénéficient d’une diversité d’outils et de méthodes dédiées à la gestion de leurs services. Elles doivent faire face aux nouveaux défis de l’innovation qui s’ajoute aux technologies numériques auxquelles elles se sont reconverties. Les bibliothèques occidentales ont adopté le Design Thinking pour faire participer leurs usagers à la création de nouveaux services pour répondre à leurs besoins. L’objectif est d’aborder cette nouvelle approche dans le secteur de l’information et de la documentation. Nous avons procédé par la méthode descriptive qui nous a permis de se pencher les différentes facettes du concept « Design Thinking », dont les étapes de sa mise en œuvre, les cas d’application et les bénéfices qu’il peut engendrer, notamment pour les bibliothèques algériennes. Libraries benefit from a variety of tools and methods dedicated to managing their services. They have to face the new challenges of innovation which is added to the digital technologies to which they have converted. Western libraries have embraced Design Thinking to engage their users in creating new services to meet their needs. The objective is to address this new approach in the information and documentation sector. We proceeded by the descriptive method which allowed us to examine the different facets of the "Design Thinking" concept, including the stages of its implementation, the cases of application and the benefits it can generate, in particular for Algerian libraries
