آفاق الاستثمار في الطاقة المتجددة كأداة لتحقيق أبعاد التنمية المستدامة - مع الاشارة لحالة الجزائر-

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تحليل مدي التوجه للاستثمار في الطاقة المتجددة في الجزائر لما تحققه هذه الطاقة من دفع عجلة التنمية ، تحقيق النمو وتحسين المستوى المعيشي في ظل الحفاظ على البيئة ويظهر هذا التحول من خلال دمج الطاقة المتجددة في منظومة الامداد الطاقوي حيث قامت باستحداث برنامج الطاقة المتجددة 2015-2030 وخاصة أن الجزائر تتوفر على اغنى الحقول الشمسية اضافة الى الطاقة الريحية والمائية والجوفية . ان استثمار الجزائر في مجال الطاقة المتجددة لا يزال محدودا مقارنة بحجم الامكانيات الطبيعية التي تملكها، مما يتعين عليها تكثيف جهود البحث والاستغلال لهذه الطاقة لما لها إنعكاسات على جميع الارصدة. This study aims to analyze the extent of Algeria's tendency to invest in renewable energy, given what this energy achieves to advance development, achieve growth, and improve the standard of living in light of preserving the environment. This transformation is demonstrated by integrating renewable energy into the energy supply system, where the renewable energy program 2015-2030 was introduced, especially since Algeria has the richest solar fields, in addition to wind, water, and ground energy. Algeria's investment in the field of renewable energy is still limited compared to the natural potential it possesses, which necessitates intensifying efforts to research and exploit this energy, given its repercussions on all fields.
