التّقارُب والتّوافق بين المالكيَّة والشّافعيّة في مِصر خِلال العَصْرَين الأيُّوبي والمَمْلُوكِي (567-923هـ/1171-1517م)

Abstract

يتضمّن هذا المقال دراسةً عن العلاقاتِ بين المالكيَّة والشّافعيّة في مصر خلال العصرين الأيُّوبي والمملوكي، ويَهْدِف أساسًا إلى اسْتِجْلاءِ مظاهرِ التّقارُب والانسجام بينهما خلال تلك الفترة التي كانت بالنسبة لباحثين آخرين مادّةً خِصبة لِصُوَر التّعصُّب المذْهبيِّ المُفضي إلى الاخْتلاف بين الأمّة الإسلامية. وبيّنَت الدّراسة قنواتٍ متنوّعةٍ مَلْمَحُها التّقارُب والانفتاح بين المَذْهبَين، ما جعَلنا نُقرر-استنتاجًا- أنّ ذلك هو الأصْل الأصيل في التّعامل بين المذاهب السُّنِّية، والنّموذج الرّاقي الذي ينبغي أن يُعمّم على بقيّة المذاهب، وبالتّالي فإنّنا نُوصي من يتطلّع إلى البحث في تاريخ العلاقات بين المذاهب- خاصة السُّنِّية منها- أنْ يُبيِّن الوجه المُشْرق لها ولا يَنْساق وراء دعاة التّهويل والتّشويه، فَيَقعَ في فخّ التّعصُّب المذهبي الُمفضِي إلى الفُرقة والشّتات بين المسلمين ونحن في أمسِّ الحاجة إلى رأب الصّدع وجمْع الكلمة. This article includes a study on the relations between the Malikis and the Shafi’is in Egypt during the Ayyubid and Mamluk eras, and it mainly aims to clarify the aspects of rapprochement and harmony between them during that period, which for other researchers was a fertile material for images of sectarian fanaticism that led to the difference between the Islamic nation. The study showed various channels whose features are closeness and openness between the two sects, which made us decide - as a conclusion - that this is the original principle in dealing between the Sunni sects, and the refined model that should be generalized to the rest of the sects. - Especially the Sunni ones - to show the bright side of it and not be tempted by those who advocate intimidation and distortion, so he falls into the trap of sectarian fanaticism that leads to division and diaspora among Muslims and we are in dire need of bridging the rift and uniting the word.
