Pour réaliser cette étude, une enquête de terrain a été menée, au cours de laquelle plus de 1050 entretiens ont été enregistrés afin de valider les hypothèses avancées. Les données collectées ont ensuite été analysées, permettant une classification détaillée des phonèmes, résumée dans un tableau illustrant le système phonologique kabyle. Les résultats montrent que ce système présente une correspondance globalement cohérente avec le système phonologique international. Certains phonèmes sont en effet communs à de nombreuses langues, tandis que d’autres sont spécifiques au dialecte ou à la région étudiée. This article focuses on a phonological analysis of consonants in Kabyle, aiming to describe and examine phonemes based on their place and manner of articulation. To conduct this study, fieldwork was carried out, during which more than 1050 interviews were recorded to validate the proposed hypotheses. The collected data were then analyzed, enabling a detailed classification of the phonemes, summarized in a table illustrating the Kabyle phonological system. The results reveal that this system exhibits a generally consistent correspondence with the international phonological system.
